Sheetz in Roanoke

Horrible MTO SERVICE. Ordered a sampler and smoothie and took over 40 minutes and when I would ask lady she’d straight up ignore me and not say a word. Won’t be going to this sheets again. My food was cold when I got it the girl said sorry I had to cook it when she gave it to me and my smoothie was a bunch of ice cubes with some flavor powder it seemed. I never have written a review on anything ever before in my life but my visit was so poor and bad that it deserved my first review ever written .

Their food is good, but they take forever to cook it and the customer service is horrible! They forget at least one thing out of my bag every time I go there and they are very rude to their guests. Overall not a good experience.

Clean, well stocked, well lit, good selection of products. Can get a little busy. Be careful, they're at a tricky intersection. Overall good experiences.

The woman's restroom was DISGUSTING and when I told the cashier she was was very rude and mumbled something under her breath, so I told the other cashier and the security guard. I'm going to give it 1 star only because there isn't an option for zero stars.

Quick and friendly staff

Our governor proclaimed masks as necessary, Sheetz has a sign on the door saying "must wear face covering" but none of the customers were.People were coughing, not obeying the 6 ft rule. Not even close to it.I was grossed out. The lack of care and concern was awful.To top it off, my food was ice cold . I ordered a burrito online via the app, it was stone cold.I'll be calling tomorrow to talk with a manager.

Always getting harassed by the homeless.

Every time my girl goes in there she comes out complaining about how the women at the register give her non-patient remarks and looks. She says it makes her feel like they think that they're better than you. That's not how you treat a customer

This place was so dirty. Trash all over the floor. You could tell the floor hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The coffee bar had trash and coffee grounds all over the counter.

Too small of a store. Lots of people. Major renovation needed. The wait to get food is literally awful. Everyones just super slow for “fast food”. Messy shelves as well. Basically everyone is ontop of each other here. Theres nothing positive to say about this sheetz, awful awful experience

Closes on the weekends from 130am to 3am roughly...pretty much closes for the bar crowd to get home and not linger there. Heavily policed so do your dirty work somewhere else.OverallClean FastConvenient 5/5

I stopped in to fill up on gas and get Coffee to head back to Ohio. Couldn't believe the conditions of this store. Cigarette butts all over outside of entrance doors, Coffee counter was a complete mess and looked as if had been that way all day. I was really disappointed with since I do frequent Sheets from Cleveland to Cambridge often. What happened to this place.BLNorth Canton, Ohio

Everything was clean and well stocked when we stopped for a quick visit. Cashier was friendly enough. Location and clientele seemed fine. Otherwise, it's your typical Sheetz, with tons of gas pumps, made to order sandwiches, snacks, beer, and tons of coffee to choose from.

This is always the highest priced gas always...an they have been caught price gouging twice. Today..Aug 25... gas is $1.95. This Sheetz is stil at $2.19.Plase boycott them. Always go to Walmart across from Fallon Park...or Kroger. Android users...download GAS BUDDY... for all prices in Roanoke an you will see whos who.

Tried to get a “fresh” fruit smoothie, I got old rotten strawberries and it was sour and nasty.

R u serious.. If u order the walking taco it comes with no meat unless u pay 1.00 extra.. Never again will i order food from here

Worst place ever to order food from I was in there for 30 minutes waiting on my order

Worse than Walmart when it comes to enough cashiers..tonight I stood in line with about 15 to 20 people, one cashier...after about 5 min I asked the guy making food if there was a manager..he said yes and told the manager someone wanted to speak to them...the manager came out and opened another register..but never addressed me..people should not have to ask for a manager just to get a standard transaction for some soda and what not...

I hate giving out bad reviews, but look, this place sucks. It's probably not it's fault, more of a victim of geography, if you know what I mean. Only thing I'll get here is gas, and that's if I feel like fighting hordes of people over gas pumps. I'd just stop somewhere else, really.

Stopped here for breakfast and got two biscuits. Did not have butter for biscuits, had to get margarine instead. The biscuits weren't hearty at all and tasted like greasy fast food.

Way too small and cluttered for the amount of traffic going in and out of the store (vehicles and people). It does get sketchy there, especially the later it gets.

Good prices on gas. Never any premade biscuits in the case by the time I can get there. Dont get MTO food cause I dont like kiosk and it is too expensive anyway.

Has drastically went downhill. Self-serve coffee is watered down and not bold like it used to be. It's never fresh then I have to wait FOREVER for someone to get around to making it. Most of the employees here are snooty and get frustrated when asked for extra help. Bums always hanging outside asking for spare change.

This sheetz on Williamson is the absolute worst sheetz I’ve ever been to. The worst in the Roanoke valley. It stays busy but the employees are so rude. There’s one guy who works here with tattoos on his hand. I came here about a week ago. I went back inside because this guy didn’t set the gas pump. When I went back I said “hey you didn’t set the gas pump. Can you set it please”? He said “hold on” and made me wait while he went and grabbed something from the back. When he came back he said “sorry about that, kid”. I’m an older man.. much older than him... not a kid. I was very irritated being called a kid. He’s very rude. Wouldnt return here. I go to Sheetz on Apperson.

Horrible service and most definitely the most incompetent my order which is as simple as it comes (cheese burger w/ ketchup and mayo and cheese bites w/ranch) no ketchup on burger or cheese., cheese bites was shorted like half the container and warm at best with no ranch!!!! Which I had to pay extra for .Like come on people, I waited 25 mins for this, then when I called to complain I was told the manager was busy call back another time and was hung up on. Will NEVER go there again for anything .

I tried Scheetz for the first time and had a chicken poboy. They put their spicy sauce on it and it was probably one of the best sandwiches I've had in a while. I cant wait to go back!

Love the selection, process are great, however for the party few months there is only one person running a register esp, during lunch, 5:00pm, & Friday/Saturday nights is unacceptable.
